Justin Cochrane

 

I was born and raised in Santa Barbara, California. I have spent my life cultivating relationships both in business and with family here on the Central Coast. I am married and have two beautiful boys.  I feel indebted to the “805” area where my family and friends reside and where I have worked in property management for the past 20+ years.

 

After graduating from UCLA with a Bachelors degree in American History and Business,   I explored different careers in real estate, including property maintenance, mortgage sales, home sales, and of course, property management. My passion, the most rewarding work for me, is in property management, especially managing multi-family units.  I enjoy bringing my clients the most return on their investments by keeping tenants happy, with low turnover.

We choose long-term tenants, recognizing the rental market, the competition, and keeping up on trends.  ​ We have the ability to maintain properties and keep maintenance costs low.  I am a multi-family complex owner myself, I understand the importance of all of the intricacies of property management.  I enjoy working with people, and I am proud to serve this area.
